Developing a Successful Business Strategy

This three-part business strategy training course is designed to support those responsible for providing strategic leadership to their organisation or part of an organisation. The programme will support you in creating a compelling vision, developing a strategy to achieve that vision and identify how best to implement the strategy.

The business strategy training programme typically runs over a 5-7 week period, with pre-work, assignments in between sessions and a range of supporting materials. Delegates typically appreciate the opportunity to share the experience and get feedback and pick up ideas from a group of peers, often from a range of different types of organisations. The programme is delivered as group coaching, using real business issues and developing real business plans throughout.
