How do I reach you by public transport?
The nearest station to us is Three Bridges, which is excellently placed for trains to/from London, Brighton, Southampton, Horsham, Hastings and Bedford. There are always plenty of taxis at the station to help you get to us once you’ve arrived at the station.
What IT Training equipment will I learn on?
If you are here on one of our IT based programmes you’ll learn on PC based machines with flat screen monitors and a variety of software application depending on the need or course.
What Management & Leadership training aids do you use?
This entirely depends on your course so don’t be surprised if some Lego or rubber chickens get pulled out a box.
Do you provide lunch?
We provide refreshments throughout the day and offer a full hot and cold buffet style lunch and always cater for vegetarians. Our restaurant is a great space for relaxing in between sessions and will give you the opportunity to chat with other delegates and your trainer.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know when you book. Alternatively, just give us a call on 0800 023 2945 and one of our L&D Advisors will be happy to chat through your specific needs.
What if I’m on a partner course?
Courses run by our partner training providers are held at major venues throughout the UK. You will be given full details about the location when you make your booking and your joining instructions will provide full travel and transport details. If you have any questions, just give us a call on 0800 023 2945.
What is the dress code?
Most of our delegates wear smart casual clothing, but there is not specific dress code. The most important thing here is that you feel relaxed, comfortable and ready to learn, so wear clothes that will achieve this.
When does my course start and end?
Our sessions normally start at 9:15am and end at 5:00pm.
Ideally, you should arrive at our Crawley training centre between 8:45am – 9:15am. This will give you some time to register, grab a coffee and met with your trainer and other delegates.
Please check your joining instructions for specific timing details in case they differ. These will be emailed to you once you have booked.
How many people will be on my course?
We limit delegate numbers on our courses to ensure you will all get plenty of individual attention from our trainers. All courses are limited to 14 delegate, with the exception of our IT & Business Systems courses where the maximum number of delegates is 8.
What reference material do I get?
As part of your courses you will be provided with a participant manual to use during your training and all reference material as required. This material is yours to keep for referencing when back in the office.
I attended one of your IT & Business Systems courses and have a question about a task I’m trying to do. Can you help?
Of course! When you attend one of our IT & Business Systems courses, you are automatically enrolled into a 3 months post-courses support programme – free of charge. So if you get stuck doing a task, just give us a call on 0800 023 2945 or email email@example.com and ask to speak to your trainer who will be happy to help.
