I spent 19 years working for Novo Nordisk, the pharmaceutical manufacturer, being the sole person looking after customer complaints before moving into dealing with product safety.
My time there put me in good stead for dealing with the wide range of people and queries I deal with in my current role.
Our team does the ‘behind the scenes’ work that most people don’t get to see. I take care of any administration associated with booking training courses for various customers, as well as dealing with any incoming queries and handling our internal Thales customers.
What I like about working for TLD
I like that it’s different every day, and there’s always the chance that something unexpected can pop up. I enjoy learning how to prioritise things, and the people make it a great place to work, too.
I love spending time with my family, particularly going skiing or for a round of golf.
