I like that at Thales Learning & Development, it’s different every day, and there’s always the chance that something unexpected can pop up.
Our team does the ‘behind the scenes’ work that most people don’t get to see. I take care of any administration associated with booking training courses for various customers, as well as dealing with any incoming queries and handling our internal Thales customers.
In my experience we are able to offer our customers the best service when we really listen to what they need, and that’s something I’m committed to in my role.
I love spending time with my family, particularly going skiing or for a round of golf.
