Clare’s Work

When I started at TLD I was working as a Learning & Development Advisor for our internal Thales customers, as well as some external customers, booking people onto training courses and dealing with any ad-hoc queries that might come in from day to day.

This role required a lot of attention to detail, and it’s important to be able to build relationships with everyone from customer and suppliers, to trainers and delegates.

In April 2015 I was offered a Secondment into the Business Systems Team to cover Maternity Leave. This gave me valuable experience and insight it to the team and also working as a Systems & Business Analyst. This role involves being a Super User of the various Systems that we as a Business use, training employees on the use of these systems and report creation.  My knowledge of excel and formulas has dramatically increased within this role. 

I was fortunate that at the end of my Secondment to be offered the role of Systems & Business Analyst, this has enabled me to progress my career within TT&C.

I enjoy being seen as a ‘go to person’ in the event of a problem and working alongside all departments within TLD as well as supporting our external Managed Service Customers.

Clare’s Interests

Outside of work I enjoy cycling, walks and spending time with my Family.
