Eloise’s Work

As a Key Account Manager, I am responsible for managing multiple accounts across primarily the construction, engineering and manufacturing industries.

I am responsible for ensuring that we work in partnership with our customers, seeking to understand their needs and objectives and by working closely with our capability teams, ensuring that we propose and deliver the right L&D solution to help drive their business forward.

The work that I do with my customers can vary from one-off workshops to more complex blended long-term programmes. One thing that always remains consistent is the level of customer service provided.

I love the customer interaction that comes with being an account manager. Working closely with customers to help them meet their objectives, and share insight is great. Hearing how our support has made a difference and how a customer feels about working both with me and the rest of the business is why I like working here.

Eloise’s Interests

I am quite a social butterfly and love to spend the weekends catching up with friends. We have three family dogs so I can often be found strolling around the beautiful southern countryside, taking in the views and spending quality time with my friends and family.

I love singing and have done so for many years. Singing lessons is something I enjoy and when time allows I also attend InChoir.
