Prior to joining TLD in January 2014, I worked as the Learning and Development Administration Manager for Towers Watson, where I was responsible for managing the training administration globally.
As a Learning & Development Advisor, I am responsible for providing effective and efficient customer service support to both internal and external customers, acting as the initial point of contact for TLD, being primarily responsible for training administration and maintaining training records, booking training courses and liaising with external suppliers and internal trainers.
What I like about working for TLD
The first thing that struck me when I joined was the welcoming nature of the people, the supportive atmosphere and the high calibre of those that work here.
It is a really exciting time for the business too, with lots of new initiatives and challenges and it’s a very open and collaborative environment.
I enjoy keeping fit and have just started running, I might think about signing up for a half marathon by the end of the year if all goes well!
In the summer I spend a lot of time by the coast, and have a beach hut on the seafront in Hove, East Sussex.
