It is a really exciting time for the business, with lots of new initiatives and challenges and it’s a very open and collaborative environment.
As a Learning & Development Advisor, I am responsible for providing effective and efficient customer service support to both internal and external customers, acting as the initial point of contact for TLD, being primarily responsible for training administration and maintaining training records, booking training courses and liaising with external suppliers and internal trainers.
I enjoy being able to support our customers in their learning journey, by providing a seamless experience from booking, right through to attendance on programmes.
I enjoy keeping fit and have just started running, I might think about signing up for a half marathon by the end of the year if all goes well!
In the summer I spend a lot of time by the coast, and have a beach hut on the seafront in Hove, East Sussex.
