I love dealing with our external customers and building great relationships with them. There is so much variety here, too – every customer has a different way of doing things so there’s always something new to learn.
As a learning & development advisor, my job is to look after our customers’ needs, making sure they have all the information they need to get the best out of their training programme.
I also engage with the relevant trainers, making sure they have everything they need in order to deliver high-standard training that fits the customer’s needs.
I love being able to help people that call us, or contact us through the website, to make the right decision when it comes to their training needs, and then making sure they get booked on and have an enjoyable experience.
I go to the gym regularly. I also like going to the cinema, and catching up with friends – preferably over some good food!
