I enjoy the fast-paced nature of what we do. The pace of change is always increasing, too, with lots of positive developments coming into play.
I now look after the Business Support teams, which includes business systems and our centre management team – in this role I am responsible for supporting the business on our systems and learning centre requirements for our customers.
Within Systems we maintain the current systems and functionality, and lead on the selection and implementation of new systems for the business. I work to ensure we identify opportunities on how each system can be enhanced and developed ensuring all customers’ requirements are met. We build learning portals for our customers and supply them with their own learning management system as required, branded for each individual customer. This allows the organisation to view their training catalogue, and to request, book and manage professional development needs. Another key focus of the team is to conduct root cause analysis on errors and define, implement and monitor solutions on current process, develop and recommend technical solutions to streamline process to achieve more efficient ways of working, suggest recommendations, build and test ensuring a smooth transition for our customer.
In our centre management team we ensure the smooth day to day running of our training centre, providing support and are dedicated to delivering customer service excellence to our customers. We also look to streamline process to achieve more efficient ways of working, suggest recommendations and implement them.
As a team we produce management information and conduct data analysis to support business decisions and fulfil client requirements through identifying efficiencies with a proactive and innovative approach.
I love the outdoors and being active so enjoy time spent my horses and on dog walks. I also enjoy cooking and getting some time to relax with a good book.
