Matt Driscoll

With over 13 years' experience in learning and talent development, I'm genuinely passionate about helping people improve and realising their potential.  My specialism lies in taking a consultative approach to helping my customers solve their real-world challenges.

Matt’s Work

I have worked with businesses for over a decade enabling people and organisations realise their talent and harness it.  Having had success in previous operational leadership roles, I am aware of the commercial implications of learning and talent development, its true impact and return on investment it can have on the wider organisational goals.

Creativity is a core strength of mine, enabling me to articulate and provide innovative talent and learning interventions that take people on an impactful journey. It is important to me that they feel energised so they leave feeling they’ve had a positive experience, and this is reflected in my approach.

How you can work with Matt

My role is to help people enhance themselves and develop their untapped potential through effective learning and talent programmes. For me, it’s all about the learner. I strive for people to leave my interventions feeling they’ve been heard and that they’ve got what they need to grow their confidence and be able to stretch and grow.

As we operate in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world my feeling is that this makes it even more imperative for businesses to make the most of the talent they have already within their business, invest within it and nurture it through well-developed learning interventions.

Essentially a business is only as good as its people!

Matt’s Interests

I love sports, and I love watching movies and spending time with family. But I’m always looking to experience new things whenever and wherever I can.
