With over 13 years’ experience in learning and development, I’m genuinely passionate about helping people improve themselves. My specialism lies in taking a deeply consultative approach – helping my customers solve their real-world business challenges.
Having had previous success in operational leadership roles, I have the commercial awareness and strategic ability to deliver a significant return on investment that reflects the wider organisational goals.
Creativity is a core strength of mine, enabling me to design and deliver truly innovative L&D interventions that take the learner on an impactful journey. It is important to me that they feel energised so they leave the learning event feeling they’ve had a positive experience, and this is reflected in my approach.
My role is to help people enhance themselves and develop their untapped potential through effective learning interventions. For me, it’s all about the learner. I strive for people to leave my interventions feeling they’ve been listened to and that they’ve got as much out of it as they possibly could.
I love engaging with clients and building relationships, too, assisting them with specific requirements or problems they need solving. Taking such a consultative approach means the learning we deliver is far more meaningful and effective than it otherwise would be.
I love sports, and I love watching movies and spending time with family. But I’m always looking to experience new things whenever and wherever I can.
