One of the things I enjoy most is helping businesses diagnose the unseen learning and development requirements of their staff, and supporting them in finding the most effective ways to create a truly engaged and high achieving workforce.
As a Business Development Consultant I am tasked with supporting customers in clarifying and defining their goals and vision for the company, I help them decide on the right approach to help them make their vision a reality. To do this I know it’s important that I spend time listening to our customers and fully understanding what it is they are seeking to achieve, so I am fortunate to be able to spend a lot of time meeting with heads of L&D and HR to explore these issues and collaboratively create the best possible solution.
Thanks to my varied background I have experience in the whole employee lifecycle, so I have been able to support businesses in every stage of their employee development, finding new and innovative ways to get the most from employees and the business as a whole.
Outside of work I’m a real petrol-head; in my spare time I attend events and shows with my Alfa Romeo as often as I can. I’m also a bit of a film buff and try and get to the cinema whenever I can, and another passion of mine is travel. I love being able to see new places and experience different cultures.
