Going for Gold – TLD Achieves Gold Standard Investors in People Accreditation
Thales Learning and Development are pleased to announce that on 22nd June we were reaccredited as holders of the Gold Investors in People Award. We strive to provide a robust development and support strategy for all of our staff and are delighted that this effort has been recognised and reflected in the decision of the Investors in People Awarding body.
Some of the key findings from the report include:
“Improvements that have been made by TT&C since the last full assessment include the involvement of an employee forum, the introduction of team leaders and a mental health week and opportunities for members of staff to attend low-filled internal courses.”
“The many areas of good practice highlighted at the last full assessment have been maintained.”
“It was clear to the IIP Practitioner that the engagement and involvement of people has progressed since the last assessment and this is a strong reflection of the commitment of leaders and managers to keeping people informed via regular communications and meetings both collectively and individually.”
“Learning and development opportunities remain a strong area of focus for TT&C with members of staff believing that there is a strong commitment to their development.”
