Book this course

Course description

The formulas and functions within Excel are essential tools for anyone wanting to get the most out of their data, but if you’re unfamiliar with how they work it can be frustrating trying to use them.

We show you how to write and use a wide range of formulas within Excel – from creating basic formulas to using VLOOKUP – enabling you to understand and implement these useful functions.

Is it right for me?

If you’re an existing Excel user who is able create and edit spreadsheets, this advanced Excel training course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to confidently construct formulas.

What will I get out of it?

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Create different types of formula
  • Use absolute references in formulas
  • Use a range of Excel functions
  • Use the auditing tools to see how formulas are constructed
The trainer was excellent he took note of things that I said I needed to learn and put extra scenarios together to help me with this and also with the things that I struggled with (percentages). His tone and manner throughout the day made me feel at ease, and whenever I didn't understand anything he didn't make me stupid. I found this course very useful and am looking forward to putting my new skills in to practice.
