Masterclass description

This masterclass is designed for HR professionals and managers who want to take a proactive approach to managing stress in the workplace. We will approach the subject from a variety of perspectives in order to give you fresh insights into the challenges you face in your workplace.

With a mixture of activity and reflection, by the end of the workshop you will take away a set of tools that will enable you to stay mentally healthy and to create and support an environment that fosters emotional resilience, reducing absenteeism and labour turnover.

Working with two experienced facilitators who specialise in mental and emotional health enables you to really get to the heart of the issues facing you and your organisation. Due to some of the sensitive subjects, we limit numbers to 16 people. We want everyone to feel safe, and our approach of using two facilitators means that there is always someone on hand if people find some aspects of the workshop particularly difficult.

Your Facilitators:

Sarah Wall is a facilitator and coach who specialises in mental toughness and resilience for individuals and organisations.

Jon Bartlett is a facilitator, coach and mentor who lives and works with a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder and specialises in mental health awareness.

Both Jon and Sarah have experience of dealing with mental health issues and high stress situations within corporate, public sector and military organisations. They are passionate about helping companies and the individuals within them to be the best they can.
