APMCourse description

The APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) (formerly the APM Introductory Certificate) is the entry level qualification from the Association for Project Management.  It is designed to help candidates understand the language of project management and the structure of a successful project and is aimed at anyone wishing to demonstrate a fundamental awareness of project management.  Successful candidates will be able to actively contribute to project teams or environments.

The course covers all the areas you need to understand in order to prepare for and pass your Introductory Certificate exam and gain this entry-level APM qualification.

Is it right for me?

This qualification is an essential starting point for new project managers.  If you’re looking to kick-start a successful project management career with a formal qualification, or you simply want to understand the principles of project management, this introductory APM project management training course will enable you to achieve that.

What will I get out of it?

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Perform the learning outcomes defined in the Introductory Certificate Syllabus, 3rd Edition
  • Undertake the ICPM examination

The trainer was very good and made you want to listen to what he was saying. Overall the training was very good. The venue was excellent as well as the hospitality. I would encourage colleagues to attend.
