PRINCE2 logoCourse description

PRINCE2® is one of the most popular project management methodologies, and achieving a PRINCE2® qualification is a great way to learn valuable project management skills and techniques and enhance your career.

We combine these two qualifications and show you everything you need to know in order to prepare for and pass both your PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner exams.

Is it right for me?

If you’re a new or existing project or team manager, and you’d like to gain a comprehensive understanding of the PRINCE2® methods and a formal Practitioner qualification, this combined PRINCE2® training course will enable you to achieve that.

What will I get out of it?

By the end of the course you will be able to:

    • Understand the background, principles, structure and terminology used in the PRINCE2® 2009 Edition project management method
    • Prepare for and take both the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner exams

Really great trainer. Very approachable and makes the course a lot more understandable by breaking down parts.  Would always recommend and will look out for him for next course.
