Our Management, Leadership & Organisational Development Consultants
All of our consultants have expertise in the overarching themes of management and leadership; however each of them have areas of specialist knowledge, allowing us to make sure we bring in the right person, at the right time, for real results.
Rachel has extensive experience in a range of HR and L&D roles, and is particularly knowledgeable about the areas of talent management, succession planning and competency framework design.
Having served in the armed forces Lucy understands the challenges of working in highly regulated environments. She has a keen interest in helping businesses integrate digital and people for maximum business impact, and has even been awarded an MBE for her efforts in this area. She is also extremely knowledgeable in the areas of inspirational leadership and cultivating high performing teams.
Sarah is particularly passionate about the areas of mental health, wellbeing and resilience, and understands the impact having a healthy workforce can have on business outcomes.
Matt is highly motivated to inspire others to perform at their best, and is particularly interested in areas of personal effectiveness and effective team working in complex environments. Matt is also one of our Franklin Covey accredited consultants.
Chris heads up our Institute for Leadership and Management programmes and is responsible for ensuring the content we deliver meets the high standard of the ILM. He is also one of our consultants specialising in a range of psychometric profiling tools such as Myers-Briggs, and is a qualified coach.
One of Mike’s main drivers is the desire to move people away from their comfort zones in order to elicit more powerful learning outcomes. Mike is one of our experts in experiential learning, and has facilitated a range of events including equine guided learning, rock schools and Bollywood dancing sessions.
Mark is committed to finding ways to help individuals become more confident and capable in their role; he is a qualified coach and expert in 360 Feedback. He also runs value proposition workshops, and facilitates creative problem solving sessions.
Nick’s primary passion is emerging talent development. He currently manages much of the Thales Apprenticeship programme, including their twice-yearly Outward Bound sessions, and enjoys working with graduates and junior managers to help inspire and equip them with confidence and capability in the early stages of their career.
