Welcome to issue 11 of Enhance!
In this issue we explore the topic of change; with the seasons changing and the EU referendum upon us, we know change could be imminent for many businesses, so we discuss some of the things the L&D industry can do to proactively prepare for the future. We explore how organisations can more effectively manage their talent pipeline and plan for the future; we discuss why many L&D departments need to change their marketing strategy, and what steps to take to achieve this; and we consider whether the evolution of L&D is making the ‘L’ redundant.
